Our experience
Silverback Security Group Ltd was founded as a solution to a very critical problem in the security industry where we found it lacked relationships and clear communication between guards and the clients and so decided to make a change for the better.
Ahmed Yusuf (CEO) has worked in the security industry in the UK for the past ten years, working in a range of different services from Door supervision, static supermarket work, events, warehouses, construction sites and parades to CCTV control rooms and much more.

In having this experience, it has opened many doors and enriched us with new skills for each different role. Not only had it made us very aware of the industry it also allowed us to see what worked and what didn’t work.
One of the core reasons for wanting to start a security company is because Ahmed Yusuf saw first-hand when security companies succeeded in executing great security work but also how others failed dramatically too.
A few of the main issues noticed were lack of consistency and guards getting allocated to multiple different sites on multiple different occasions. These issues meant they were not focused or happy to carry out precise security work and therefore delivering an inconsistent job and quality of work.

Here is where we come in! Silverback Security Groups’ priority is to build consistent and long-term environments for both our guards and where they are guarding.
When familiar guards work in familiar sites regularly, there leaves less room for error and more room for successful guarding and happy clients!
As well as aiming to provide great guarding services we also take pride in ensuring the well-being of our guards. By doing this the guards are able to provide a consistently high performance. We strongly believe that consistency is key to all forms of success especially in the security industry.
