Protecting What Matters Most

"Being an international student I was nervous when I had first arrived to the building, but security was very welcoming and they made it very easy to check in. They directed me to nearby grocery stores, pharmacies and helped with the bus routes. Ahmed and his team are absolutely amazing, especially when it comes to safety and making someone feel welcomed."

"Best security in the UK hands down, rebooked my stay at Compass just because of the quality of service."

"A big thank you to the security team — they are one of the standout parts of living here. Always friendly and welcoming, they create a real sense of safety and comfort. Ahmed and his team have had such a positive impact on my experience that I've rebooked my stay, and they are a key reason for that decision. Thank you for everything you do — you truly help make this feel like home."

"The security team are very respectful and efficient. I've never felt unsafe or ignored in my building because they always try to solve any issues tenants are having. Ahmed in particular is both professional and respectful while handling our difficult requests. Couldn't ask for more."

"From the outset, Ahmed, the director, has been instrumental in ensuring that the service provided by him and his team is nothing short of top-tier. Your team consistently fulfils their responsibilities in a manner that prevents any issues from arising, and their professionalism is truly outstanding. Most importantly, your communication throughout has been clear, prompt, and effective. I personally recommend Silverback Security — you tick every single box we look for."
